Mike Slavich
Mike Slavich joined Warner Bros. in 2005 and now serves as Director of Sustainability in a leading media and entertainment company that creates and distributes premium and popular content through its consumer brands including HBO, HBO Max, Warner Bros., TNT, TBS, and many others. In this role, he broadly integrates sustainability into business practices and company culture through key initiatives including green production, sustainable workplaces, environmental storytelling and community impact.
Director of Sustainability at HBO/HBO Max
Heidi Kindberg
Heidi Kindberg is Director, Sustainability at HBO/HBO Max, responsible for overseeing the sustainable production program on all scripted HBO and HBO Max lead shows with the dual end goal to reduce environmental impacts behind the scenes while increasing sustainability awareness on screen. She was named to this position in March 2020.
Prior to joining Warner Bros. Discovery, Kindberg served as director, Environmental Sustainability at Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE), where, over her tenure, she developed and managed lot and production sustainability programs and communicated and collaborated with production executives and crew to ensure the success of these programs.
Freelance Sustainability Steward
Cristian Soriano
Cristian Soriano is a Freelance Sustainability Coordinator in the film and TV industry. He's currently working on the Perry Mason, Season 2 set as a Sustainability Steward. Soriano has about 2 years in the film industry with a specialized focus in sustainability within feature film and TV commercial productions. Achievements include qualifying films for a EMA Gold and Green Seal, facilitating the recovery of production materials and donating them to non profits or other film productions. His goal is to continue working sustainability within facilities, productions, and businesses.
Freelance Sustainability Assistant
Courtney Coleman
Courtney Coleman is a Miami-based writer and was the Sustainability Assistant on HBO’s Rap Sh!t. She’s passionate about television and more specifically, good stories. She loves finding gems from emerging talent, championing those people, and seeing their work develop into something other people love. She especially loves supporting good TV and film that speaks to certain communities (and intersections of them) that mean a lot to her: Black stories, female-centered stories, and LGBTQ+ stories.
