Matt Tomlinson

With over 25 years of experience, Matthew Tomlinson is currently the Color Scientist at Harbor where he services projects by ensuring color consistency from pre-production through final color as well as creative look development. Prior to joining Harbor, he held Imaging Science positions where he worked on projects including “Suicide Squad”, “The Avengers”, and “Matrix: Revolutions." His recent credits include Quentin Tarantino’s “Once Upon a Time and Hollywood”, Martin Scorsese’s “The Irishman”, and Emerald Fennell’s “Promising Young Woman.”

Olivia Burke

Olivia is the Talent Operations Director at Harbor where she scouts, recruits, mentors, and manages talent at all levels, as well as oversees hiring and onboarding in partnership with key internal stakeholders. Her focus on creative recruitment was born out of her own passion for filmmaking and design following her graduation with a degree in architecture from USC and time spent studying in Italy, before joining The Mill in Los Angeles. She returned to the East Coast in 2014 to take up a photography residency at The School of Visual Arts, where she completed a project on The Highline entitled Urban Oasis. Most recently, Olivia was US Talent Acquisitions Lead for Technicolor’s recruitment team, The Focus, where she represented The Mill and Moving Picture Company. Through her extensive mentorship work, she has provided training workshops for students and developed internship programs. Her drive for diversity, equality, and inclusion in the screen-based creative industries has prompted her support for organizations such as Access VFX, The Animation Project, Reel Works / Media MKRS + D&AD Shift, and Exceptional Minds.

Senior Talent Specialist at Harbor

Melissa Vilmenay

Melissa is the Senior Talent Specialist at Harbor. A Brooklyn native and Berkeley College graduate, Melissa most recently oversaw talent acquisition for Sheltering Arms, a non-profit agency dedicated to providing an array of support services to children and families living in underserved communities throughout New York City. Previous roles have included Associate Director of Admissions at Berkeley College and Associate Director at the Manhattan Institute serving as the Head of Internal Recruitment for the Medical Certification & Personal Trainer Programs. In addition to educational recruitment, Melissa has also served as an Admissions Officer at the NYC Data Science Academy where she completed technical recruitment of high-level data science professionals and engineers.
